These are the rules of the ILP Clan Forums. READ BEFORE POSTING
Be polite, this is generally an easy task to accomplish, yet people have trouble with it on the internet. This means NO personal attacks and NO insults. Be civil people.
Please don't post spam. This means DON'T starting a thread that has no relevance at all or is an obvious post to get people to visit another site or sell something. This also means you should be posting more than one sentence comments. Only post well thought out responses.
If you don't have anything constructive to say, DO NOT POST. Remember when you were told to go ahead and write those nasty messages, but rather than sending them, delete them? Yeah, do that. If you go ahead and post them anyway, they will be removed.
Moderators will remove any post that contains an insult or a direct attack at someone else. This means the entire post, even if they contain otherwise reasonable, well thought out positions. Think twice before adding unnecessary comments.
If there is part of a message you want to reply to in a post, go ahead and reply, but reply to just that point. Ignore any flaming from the previous posts and make an attempt to keep the conversation productive. Your post WILL be deleted as well if you flame back.
In the case a thread starts out fine then crashes into a fiery mess, the thread will be locked.
If a thread or post has been removed or locked, it was done for a reason. There is no need to begin a new thread or make a new post about why it was removed or locked. If you have a question regarding a particular case, please send a PM to a moderator or cyber hiryu.
DO NOT post inappropriate images or links. Doing so will lead to suspension of your account and a possible ban and the post will be removed.
So you might be a newbie or maybe you haven't been to the forums in a while. Here are some things you can do before you start posting so you don't look like you just got here:
Use the Search button. A lot of questions and suggestions have already been brought up and addressed. You can find these threads by using the handy search button.
Check the Support Center Release Notes and Known Issues: Here are the links to these areas. A lot of questions and problems you may run into already reside in these lists.
